Drop or select several .msg files together (up to 100). Then choose:

  • Download ZIP — one PDF per email (header and text) plus a folder with each email's attachments. Good for archiving or handing over a set of emails.
  • Save all as one PDF — every email with its original formatting and pictures, each starting on a new page.

Tips for a clean PDF

  • Turn off "Headers and footers" in the print options if you don't want the browser's date and page address on every page.
  • Wide newsletters can be squeezed onto the page with the print Scale option.
  • For an email inside an email, click Open first, then Save as PDF.
