Convert ICS to Excel or CSV – Calendar Events to a Spreadsheet
Exported a calendar and need it as a spreadsheet — for timesheets, a report, or to count meetings? Open the .ics file below and click Excel (.xlsx) or CSV.
What's in the spreadsheet
| Column | Example |
|---|---|
| Title | Quarterly planning |
| Start, End | 2026-10-26 09:00 — in your time zone |
| All day | Yes / No |
| Location | Room 4B, Main Office |
| Repeats | Every week on Monday, Wednesday, until 2026-12-18 |
| Organizer, Attendees | Names (or emails when no name is given) |
| Link | Meet / Teams / Zoom link |
| Description | The event notes |
Start and End are written as YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM, which Excel and Google Sheets read as dates. All-day events show just the date.
Getting an .ics file from your calendar
- Google Calendar: Settings › Import & export › Export (you get a .zip with one .ics per calendar).
- Outlook: File › Save Calendar (saves an .ics).
- Apple Calendar (Mac): select the calendar › File › Export.
Good to know
- Repeating events are one row with the repeat rule in words; they are not expanded into one row per occurrence.
- Several files at once: select them together and they are combined into one table, sorted by date.
- Nothing is uploaded — the conversion runs in your browser.
